Growing up in the vibrant streets of the Bronx during the 80s and 90s, I learned early on to appreciate the beauty in everyday scenes—from the lively street corners to quiet moments of connection. This perspective has deeply influenced my work, allowing me to find stories in the details others might overlook.
From 1991 to 1997, I lived in Texas, an experience that broadened my vision in unexpected ways. The wide-open landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and warm, welcoming communities gave me a new appreciation for diversity and the beauty of contrast—from bustling cities to serene rural vistas. These years added depth to my understanding of the world and helped shape the way I approach photography today.
